Customer Service Representative

This position is customer service representative. The position requires the ability to be self-motivated and customer-focused. Our entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization with increasing staff productivity while fostering a world class guest experience, working within the community and meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience while assisting in the sale of cannabis products
  • Consistently deliver the ultimate customer experience in all facets from patient beginning to end; ensure each patient receives full attention during their transaction
  • Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling patient inquiries and complaints
  • Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or appropriately directing questions and concerns
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently with 100% accuracy at all times
  • Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance
  • Work as part of a team to ensure sales, patient satisfaction, and that compliance goals are met by designated timelines
  • Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
  • Participate in periodic staff meetings
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
  • Adhere to all Medical Cannabis laws
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
  • Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
  • Read industry publications to keep up to date on trends
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
  • Provide effective feedback, training, and oversight of direct reports in areas of customer service, standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Coordinate all rework projects for efficient use of resources, time, and cost.
  • Schedule incoming and outgoing logistics
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and deliver results
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators for the customer service team
  • Build and manage the customer service with a focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, upselling, and retention
  • Collaborate with dispatch and inventory management to identify potential order fulfillment issues
  • Make recommendations and process improvements
  • Manage compliance issues specific to cannabis delivery
  • Overseeing daily business operations
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Generating reports, analyzing data and presenting to company leadership
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Bilingual a bonus

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • 3 years of previous customer service experience in a relevant area such as call center, customer service or dispatch
  • Industry experience in cannabis delivery or other app-based delivery to consumers; product knowledge is going to be a big part of this. Needs to be able to provide 1-on-1 consultations with customers and be able to provide recommendations based on conditions.
  • Associate degree is highly preferred
  • Thrives on juggling conflicting priorities
  • Experience working with a broad base of customers
  • Desire to develop and grow in the Customer Service Representative role
  • Good knowledge of different business functions
  • Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated, with a keen desire to grow alongside the company
  • Proven to be accountable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented;
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative;
  • Creative thinking and flexibility – ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong work ethic, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure, managing concurrent projects;
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within the organization;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline-sensitive and detail-oriented;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
