Job Description

Justine is a modern Brasserie in New Orleans's historic French Quarter. Owned and operated by James Beard Award winning Chef Justin Devillier and wife Mia Devillier, Justine combines the sophistication of Parisian brasseries with the playfulness of the South's most lively district. We have an open kitchen concept that showcases all your talents while getting to feel the fun high energy of the dining room.

Justine is now accepting applications for experienced SAUTE COOK. Candidates should have 1-3 years experience, strong knife skills, plating skills, and proficiency with a sauté pan to succeed at the role. Competitive pay based on experience with the potential of raises down the line. A desire to learn and attention to detail is required. We are seeking passionate individuals who are reliable team players.

Culinary students are encouraged to apply.

50% employer contribution towards Group Health plan for full time employees (30+ hours/week) after 90 days.
Dental and Vision insurance is available for full time employees (30+ hours/week) after 90 days.
Disability and Life Insurance available for full time employees at annual open enrollment.
