Justice Federal is looking for a Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of recent and relevant experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. We are also looking for someone that has strong interpersonal and presentation skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to instruct adult learners. Knowledge of financial industry products and services are preferred. Previous training experience and Symitar knowledge are desired. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Providing superior member service and maintaining confidentiality are required.
The duties and responsibilities of this position are conducting New Hire Orientation, facilitating classroom and virtual training programs, reviewing and updating training materials to ensure all information is current and consistent with credit union policies and procedures, collecting feedback on training programs, ensuring a high level of knowledge learned is used on the job, providing developmental or remedial training where needed, scheduling and monitoring training courses for employees, maintaining training records and providing reports as requested, making recommendations on new and improved training programs and serving as the Learning Management System (LMS).
