Justice Federal Credit Union is seeking experienced, detail-oriented candidates with a strong understanding of executive protocols, for the position of Executive Assistant. This role provides support to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other members of the Senior Management team (SMT).
This is a full-time temporary-to-hire position with a requirement to be 100% onsite during the temporary phase. Once converted to a regular full-time Justice Federal employee, this position may be eligible for a hybrid (combination of onsite and remote) work schedule.
The Executive Assistant supports the executive’s work with clients, business partners, vendors, outside organizations and community relationships. The ability to be proactive, think analytically, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with effective written and verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, members, and employees at all levels of the credit union.
Required skills and experience:
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
- Strong understanding of executive protocols
