Job Description: JUICE RANCH is currently seeking a seasoned GENERAL MANAGER to oversee the umbrella corporation, Juice Ranch. This position requires regular travel to all Juice Ranch locations - Carpinteria, Montecito, Santa Barbara, & Solvang, Ca. We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years prior experience with:raw food and/or juice operation, production, & inventory mgmtmulti-store management P&L financial literacyevents mgmtholistic food education(*bilingual English to Spanish) STORE MGMTJob duties included multi-store management, customer service/sales, inventory/loss prevention, recruitment/training of staff, and store merchandising/allocations.Identify and assess training/developmental needs and implement programs specific to store management and employees.Create multi-store management digital and paper documents to increase efficiency and high-level execution of role.Labor control: Implement strict labor control i.e.; cutting staff, setting a quick and efficient work pace, etc.Create and implement labor-saving strategies. Ex. Monitoring and controlling overtime.Weekly reporting to mgmt.Spearhead new store openings, through market analysis and community networkingParticipate in new store openings and visual merchandising training programs. (*Must be able to work all stations of the kitchen & understand the set standards for each) POS (point of sale) MGMTTrain and develop new associates on POS system, internal computer system, Execute operational efficiency through inventory management, customer retention techniques, disciplined POS practices, and hiring decisions.Manage inventory by ensuring shipments were received into the POS system correctly and performing daily inventory.Process and maintain inventory through POS system and analyze data to identify discrepancies.Maintained warehouse accuracy on POS system and controlled all inventory related documents. ORDERINGDevelop ordering schedule, place orders, communicate and negotiate with vendorsSpot check daily deliveries for accuracies and product qualityDevelop and implement controls for expense management/ create cost-saving strategiesOperate within budget and provide process improvements to meet growth objectives.Weekly reporting to mgmt. MAINTENANCEStay up to date on health code regulationsManage safety requirements, cleanliness, organization, and energy conservation through the constant checking of equipment and prep areasManage scheduled maintenance on all machine equipment following maintenance calendarManage machinery maintenance as needed Weekly reporting to upper mgmt. SALES GOALS Sales goals are a set of objectives and goals to achieve which are set for the sales team to encourage them and to make profits for the company. Sales goals that can be achieved are bound to time and are relevant to the company, help majorly in motivating the workers to achieve them, and are amazing for the company revenue as well.Establish and surpass daily and monthly sales goals.Set collective and individual sales goals with authentic and impressive communication and organizational skills.Facilitated day-to-day operations * Formulated sales goals * Coordinated visual merchandising throughout the region COMPANY POLICIES Rules and regulation set by a company that reflect the company's code of conduct are called company policies. Company policies are mentioned in an organization's handbook.Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability and manage payroll matrix.Provided coaching and training for department managers to successfully achieve performance based results, utilizing company policies and standard practice.Enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring directives and all daily activities deliver against the expected operating standards.Recognize below target work performance, urgently address violation of company policies and take appropriate disciplinary action.Recommended, implemented, and enforced company policies and procedures designed to identify and minimize profit loss. RETAIL SALES Retail sales are the method to track consumer demand for finished goods by assessing the purchases of durable and non-durable products over a definite period. Perform various roles of increasing responsibility culminating in management roles with direct reports Including online and in-store retail sales associates and assistant store managersDevelop offline marketing initiatives to drive collective retail sales & specialized initiatives in local markets.Retail sales, responsibilities included customer service, cash register operations and inventory control.Maintain profitability due to effective scheduling practices and professional retail sales staff training. CUSTOMER SERVICE Customer service is the process of offering assistance to all the current and potential customers -- answering questions, fixing problems, and providing excellent service. The main goal of customer service is to build a strong relationship with the customers so that they keep coming back for more business.Provide ongoing training and professional development for staff on inventory control, merchandising techniques, customer service and production activities.Monitor and positively affect profitability in the areas of customer service, sales, inventory/expense control and risk management.General oversight of all retail operations & deliver excellent customer service and provide guests a unique shopping experience.Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize customer satisfaction and manage on-site customer service representatives. LOSS PREVENTION The steps taken by a business to prevent theft is called loss prevention. There are multiple methods for loss prevention for example usage of automated cash handling, secure physical location, product security staff buy-in, and attentive customer service.Evaluate and maintain store security requirements and loss prevention procedures; implement controls designed to reduce overall shrinkage levels.Store business operations included profit management, facility management, safety and security loss prevention and all banking.Managed any loss prevention, human resources and inventory issues and communicated if necessary with upper management.Executed loss prevention controls through enforcement of security policies and by auditing paperwork and inventory levels.Conducted daily/weekly inventory counts ensuring that all jewelry was accounted for according to loss prevention regulations. - COMPETENCIES -+ Management experience (2 years minimum)+ Experience in commercial kitchen+ Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Dropbox, & Slack+ Understand all food safety needs and operation workflow+ Be able to communicate in both English & Spanish+ Be a team leader, communicate and work with a team in a professional manner+ Be able to work in a fast-paced environment+ Must be a on-site problem solver+ Ability to strategize and think outside the box+ Able to make decisions for the business that will be beneficial+ Be organized & able to multitask- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -+ Heavy lifting+ Reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally+ Climb ladders- PERKS -+ Performance Based Bonus Program: Employee is be eligible to participate in company Performance Bonus Plan.
