Job Title: Senior Scrum Master with prior Contact Center/IVR experience.
In the role of Scrum Master within the Advisory Fleet, the Scrum Master will facilitate the process to ensure the squads deliver outcomes.
The Scrum Master role entails: A change agent, with a passion for collaborating working, to support our teams and improve and deliver exceptional output. Work directly in a squad to drive performance using Agile values, practices and processes.
Work with the Product Owner to support the work of the squad by maintaining the backlog and facilitating ceremonies, like stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
Monitor team performance through the squads metric dashboards and help identify continuous improvement opportunities to support the team to work smarter and more effectively.
Work with the organizational resources outside the squad to help them interact effectively with the squad and remove impediments.
Coach the agile squad and Product Owner on Agile process such as writing stories and backlog grooming.
Foster a collaborative culture.
Manage blockers, obstacles and dependencies.
Align releases within Serena and DPRM with appropriate artifacts.
Foster trust, commitment, accountability, resolve conflicts and achieve results.
Scrum Master Certification and experience Financial Services
Experience required Contact/Call Center Platform Experience a plus
