M&A Integration Project Manager

Job Description:

The Location: Remote, USA- EST preferred

The Reporting Relationship: Global Quality Systems Leader

Monitor and communicate progress while ensuring timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule, assessment of risks/issues.

Anticipate program/project risks and issues and ensure that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery.

Ensure effective usage of all applicable procedures and processes to retain control on scope, schedule and cost

Facilitate Program Steering Committee with senior business and IT leaders and ensure all stakeholders roles and responsibilities are clear.

Requirements:

Strong Project Management Background in M&A and Integrations

Track record of successful IT project delivery. Ability to manage multiple project phases, multiple project teams, in parallel
