Essential Functions

+ Greet guest, visitors and employees and provide support for their needs.

+ Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction. Support Global account employee experience initiatives, i.e. hospitality program.

+ Manage and assist with hospitality initiatives and events.

+ Perform regular site tours to new hires and escort guests.

+ Assist with receiving and processing of work orders, and customer follow up.

+ Identifies service needs for each business area through collaboration with the functional owners.

+ Support Facilities Team with entering and/or closing out work orders.

+ Respond and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision, communication is always professional, courteous and to the point. Clearly sets expectations and defines deliverables when communicating a need for action.

+ Support Facility Manager(s) in administrative functions and special projects as requested.

+ Assist with Sourcing and Financial administrative requirements, including Purchase Orders and Invoice processing.

+ Work with the facility manager to manage and direct outside vendors and evaluate their performance.

+ Update company documents as directed.

+ Employee Experience training - receive and develop skills to assist with Employee Experience Training

+ Participate as the site Floor Ambassador

+ Support any additional and necessary efforts for Facility Team members.

+ Process/Enter IT requests for the site and Facility Management team

+ Support other Regional initiatives, transitions and integrations as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

+ Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Superior customer service skills to work with individuals within all levels of the organization

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Minimum 2-5 years' experience in admin and/or facilities role

+ Self-Driven ability to be informed of target outcome and identify the necessary tasks and process steps to achieve it. Requires minimal supervision.

+ Well-versed in leading practices with key office technology. Brings new tools or ways of using tools to play in daily work and shares ideas with colleagues to build efficiency and streamline key processes.

+ Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
