Senior Analyst
Pay: 75K- $110K
Our Senior Analyst will work primarily in a support role on lease acquisitions, dispositions and other transaction and account management related projects.
Our Transaction Advisory Services team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. Working with local brokers, we assist clients by helping to manage their commercial real estate portfolio, defining space requirements, tracking event dates and notices, recommending appropriate occupancy solutions and negotiating lease and ownership terms on their behalf.

Senior Analyst
Pay: 75K- $110K
Our Senior Analyst will work primarily in a support role on lease acquisitions, dispositions and other transaction and account management related projects.
Our Transaction Advisory Services team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed approval documents for client submission, including lease authorizations and lease signature packages
- Assist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations and analyses, including lease event reports and quarterly business reviews
- Identify and evaluate client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Attend regular conference calls and on-site meetings with both team members and the client
- Review lease documents; prepare lease summaries and abstracts
- Prepare detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flows
- Occasionally perform complex financial analyses (e.g., regional master plans, multi-market comparisons) with supervision
- Track transactions on a web-based application used by the client
- Assist in tracking deal revenue and commission invoices
- Travel, in support of transactions and portfolio strategy initiatives, as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field with a record of high academic achievement (strong GPA).
- Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of applicable experience
- Well-developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of and commitment to client service
- Real-estate brokerage or salespersons license desired
- Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
- Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), CoStar, mapping software, and the ability to master company specific database programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate and lease terminology
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
- Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
- A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional, corporate environment
