The HR generalist position will oversee and drive all aspects of human resources activities which include recruiting/staffing; payroll and related functions; safety and employee relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws.
Ensure staffing for all positions is proactively achieved.
Hire employees and process hiring related paperwork along with maintaining accurate and complete HRIS systems.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational policies and objectives.
Coordinate, maintain and improve employee appraisals including goal achievement follow up.
Coordinate and assure trainings are complete for employees and managers.
Support managers in communication and conflict resolution.
Help cultivate the organizations culture so that is supports the attainment of Joined Alloys objectives and promotes employee engagement and awareness.
Be the advocate of business ethics, safety and training.
Assist managers in time card completion for payroll processing.
Assist in customer service related tasks and other minor secondary responsibilities.
