Job Description

Work From Home Customer Service Rep 3-month contract to hire positions!

Johnson Service Group is searching for 40 Fully Remote Customer Service Representatives to start a training class with one of our clients. This class will start on Monday, July 25th. These are 3 month contract to hire positions, the first 6 weeks are training. These roles will work from home and all of the equipment needed will be provided. Applicants must be in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (ET is preferred).

 

Training/Nesting (6 weeks):

  • Applicants need to commit to working the full training schedule without absence
    • Virtual Classroom (4 weeks) 10am – 6:30pm M-F
    • Nesting Schedule (2 weeks) 11:30am – 8pm M-F

 

The pay for these roles is $15.50/hour during the 6-week training and that is increased to $16/hour once training is complete. When you become a permanent employee of our client, you will not make less than $16/hour.

 

Shifts:

  • Call Center Hours are 8am-8pm M-F (Eastern Time)
  • There will be Saturday shifts added at some point in the near future.
  • Candidates must be willing to work any and all shifts assigned in that 8am-8pm window (8 hour shifts each day)
  • Shifts won’t be assigned until after training and they can vary from week to week
  • Most new hires will be working 11:30am-8pm after training

 

Required:

  • Must be able to start on Monday, July 25th and attend the 6-week training course without absence
  • Must be in the Eastern Time or Central Time Zones
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a 10-panel drug test and Federal/State/County Criminal Background Check
  • Must have home broadband/fiber internet with speeds of 100 Mbps or higher
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
