Job Description

 Johnson Service Group, a leading staffing and consulting company has immediate an immediate Administrative Coordinator in Santa Clarita, CA with our engineering client.

Required Experience and Responsibilities:

  • 3-4+ years in an administrative support in a fast paced engineering environment.
  • Must be comfortable in a supporting Project Managers, sales staff and customers.
  • Requires strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with such ERP systems such as DAX, Oracle, SAP, etc. and excellent data entry skills.
  • Will work with detailed and confidential documentation.
  • Will schedule lab services work.
  • Must be able to work independently with excellent time management and changing priority skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent overall professional acumen and ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment. 

Education:

  • High school diploma or an equivalent GED
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience

Start Date: ASAP

Duration:  2 months + contact position
