What you will do:
Provide customer service and support to customers, thereby promoting full line product representation, successfully interacting with other internal departments to resolve inquiries and processing orders in an accurate and timely manner.
How you will do it:
Communicate with customers by telephone, email or fax to provide information about products, services, order/delivery, credits, pricing and details of complaints.
Work closely with the outside sales team on job quotes, promotions and sales agreements.
Inform customers of, and enforce, all Sales/Marketing policies and procedures.
Communicate and promote special sales and promotional programs to the customers.
Having knowledge in using operating systems and understanding its functions
Work closely with manufacturing and shipping facilities to facilitate serving customers.
Work closely with sales administration to ensure proper pricing is applied to customer orders.
Provide necessary administrative support to effectively process orders through shipments to customer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What we look for:
School Diploma (Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
3 years in Customer Service experience
Ability to type 40 wpm
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Oracle Experience a plus
Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and organizational skills
Good attendance is a requirement of this position
