We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to staff our Service Center. This candidate should posses an enthusiastic and energetic customer service attitude!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist clients with scheduling repair shop appointments * Answer incoming phones calls * Assist clients with loaner vehicle check-in/ check-out process * Complete daily reports using Excell * Professionally interact with service clientele to provide them with an excellent customer experience
* At least 2 years customer service experience * Professional and courteous phone manner * A strong desire to provide customers with the hightest level of customer service ensuring complete customer satisfaction * Professional personal appearance * Must be a Team Player * Ability to work flexible hours * Basic computer skills including Excel and Word
