Transaction Coordinator Assistant

We're a team of highly motivated individuals making sure things run smoothly. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team!

As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Assistant, your responsibilities will include:​

  • Scheduling appointments for showings
  • Maintaining client database
  • Creating contracts: Purchase agreements and listing agreements.
  • Process escrow packages
  • Work directly with and assist Agent Liaisons, their assistants and agents with closing of real estate transactions
  • Maintain office and track office inventory
  • Answering a multi- line phone system
  • All incoming and outgoing mail

Qualities and Qualifications:

  • People person with exceptional customer service skills
  • Must type minimum 50 wpm
  • Great multitasker who can keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and able to take direction
  • Motivated, independent problem solver
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work some weekends

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Some college course work preferred
  • 2 years experience in administrative role
