Job Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience installing Residential HVAC systems
• EPA Card Type Universal or Type I & II
• Licensed with the State of Texas/Registered with TDLR
• Valid Texas Driver's license with a good driving record (No DWI's within the past 6 years)
• Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years)
• Able to lift 75+ pounds

Job Description:

• The Lead Installer will report daily to John Moore Services office to meet with helper and retrieve company vehicle for assigned jobs. You will be installing complete HVAC systems and other major components such as compressors, evaporator coils, furnaces, duct systems, air medias, etc.
• The lead installer needs to have knowledge of high and low voltage wiring, zoning heat pump, and charging methods. 2 speed is a plus but not necessary.
• Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs. Performs start-up on air conditioning systems as needed. Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
