Title: Tactical Sales Specialist - 62878
As a Tactical Sales Specialist for John Deere Financial in Johnston, IA, you will support the execution of the John Deere Financial Tactical Sales Plan through the development and deployment of various sales tools in the Ag and Turf, Agribusiness, and C&F sales channels. Major duties and responsibilities include:
+ Increase sales of equipment, parts, service, technology, and inputs with innovative financing solutions in U.S. and Canada sales channels.
+ Provide actionable and efficient information to the John Deere Financial sales team to execute high priority sales tactics.
+ Monitoring sales performance across markets to identify opportunities for targeted actions.
+ Collaborate with the Equipment Divisions to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
+ Build relationships across all departments within John Deere Financial and the John Deere Equipment Divisions to inform the sales team of important information and share market insights internally.
+ Serve as a knowledge resource and seek to find answers for the JDF Sales Team and with certain dealers and merchants across the Ag and Turf, Agribusiness, and C&F sales channels.
+ Analyze and interpret data to evaluate performance and adjust tactics.
+ Construct sales tools within various digital and electronic resources, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SharePoint, Word, PDF.
+ Work with the John Deere Financial sales team to create, deliver, and execute sales finance solutions for dealers, merchants, and customers.
+ Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

What Skills You Need
+ Statistical analysis experience
+ Demonstrated sales and marketing skills and experience
+ Ability and willingness to travel on a limited basis
+ Knowledge of agriculture sciences
+ Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility
What Makes You Stand Out
+ 1 or more years of Marketing experience
+ 1 or more years of selling directly to an end-user customer in a retail environment
+ 1 or more years of experience gathering market data using research tools and applying statistical analysis principles/methodologies to make recommendations
+ 1 or more years of Field experience with regular customer contact, knowledge of dealer/distribution network, limited geographic area of responsibility, and broad product knowledge
+ 1 or more years of practical experience with John Deere machinery and equipment
+ 1 or more years of experience delivering training
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
+ Bachelor's degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline
