Title: Customer Service Representative - 62957
As a Customer Service Representative at John Deere Parts Center in Milan, Illinois, you will provide tracking and tracing for all orders shipped from John Deere or a supplier. In addition you will:
+ Investigate overage and shortage claims using various methods such as pick trip review and calling all dealers on that same trip
+ Support dealers daily by phone, email and written communication
+ Communicate with carriers and outside suppliers to obtain tracking and invoice information
+ Consider approval for all miscellaneous debits and credits such as price queries, shipping errors, etc
+ Provide cross functional support to warehouse operations teams

What Skills You Need
+ Customer Service experience with strong negotiation, communication and listening skills
+ Ability to work with many contacts to get information and results in a timely manner
+ Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to handle difficult customer experiences skillfully
+ Experience working within a team environment
+ Strong organizational and planning skills
+ Ability to work flexible hours and provide rotating after-hours support, to include weekends and holidays as needed
What Makes You Stand Out
+ Call center experience
+ Experience using Microsoft Office (such as Outlook, Excel & Word)
+ Experience with Distribution Network System (DNS)
+ Knowledge of Deere's internal John Deere Parts On The Internet (JDPoint) parts ordering system (all versions)
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
