Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related Computer Engineering higher education
• Ten (10) years experience as a software developer or related experience.
• Technical writing skills to include developing systems architecture diagrams, process flows, and other relevant technical documentation.
• Knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs
• Experience implementing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices and processes
• Ability to foster positive business relationships and a culture of collaboration and engineering best practices.
• Experience delivering strategic software solutions within a highly regulated, mission critical environment.
• Proven knowledge of architecture strategies, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Five (5) years experience as a Systems Architect
• Experience with Financial Institution technologies.
• Experience with delivering Cloud based solutions.
• Off the shelf application configuration and integration experience.
• Experience bringing emerging technology trends to the organization; educates and informs colleagues.
• Digital solutions implementation to include online banking and mobile development.
• Experience with the following technologies:
• Symitar Episys Core System, Synapsys, Synergy, ImageCenter, MeridianLink, Encompass, Consumer Lending Origination systems, Mortgage Origination systems, Online banking solutions, SQL relational databases
• Linux, JavaScript, server-side NodeJS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure
