You will:

Lead digital paid media strategy and management for Nestlé USA channels, while significantly supporting reporting for the broader corporate communications team
Manage paid media budget and performance KPIs
Conduct A/B and multivariable testing with social messaging, imagery and audience groups
Partner with internal recruitment marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize social campaigns that activate prospective talent and position Nestlé as an employer of choice
Use social listening tools to manage crisis and issues reporting
Support in fielding national surveys to determine awareness and knowledge around issues and key topics
Manage ongoing reputational movement in brand trust, purchase consideration, favorability and awareness of Nestlé and its brands
Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal communications managers, and digital and content development team members, as well as external vendors

We’re looking for someone:

With 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital communications executing paid media marketing strategies across multiple digital channels
With knowledge of relevant platform and technology products
Who is ready and willing to work hard and learn fast, especially in an entrepreneurial, flexible environment
Who is collaborative and has a proven track record of creating and optimizing campaigns to constantly improve results
Who is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities and circumstances

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital paid media and (top of funnel) recruitment marketing campaign management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

SKILLS:

Strong analytical, and communication skills
Who is a skilled navigator of complex organizations with proven experience working with cross-functional teams
