As a software engineer on our development team, you will:

Build and maintain APIs from our Loan Engineering System to customers and partners.
Extend and support the capabilities of our Loan Engineering System.
Develop new, customer-facing and internal analytics tools.
Work closely with other team members to implement best practices in software development.
Your Technical Qualifications:

Three to five years of hands-on development experience.
Cloud development experience, specifically AWS.
Experience with AWS Lambda, Glu, API Gateway.
Experience with Athena and QuickSight a plus.
Experience developing for MS SQL Server.
C# and Python experience a plus.
Agile, DevOps, and analytics experience desired.
Bachelors is Computer Science or Engineering is preferred, but not required with adequate demonstrable experience.
Personal Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to accurately and efficiently understand business needs/requirements across a wide variety of industries and then translate solutions to requirements into functional, well-designed software applications.
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability who is emotionally mature.
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
