Position: Service Desk Manager
Salary Range: 100-140k
Reason for Opening: Candidate who accepted didn’t start
Direct reports: 10+ (Service technicians, leads) and will interact with other companies IT staff (Lots of collaboration)
Top Skills needed:
1.Ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
2.MDM (Mobile Device Management) Intune, Jamaf
3.ITIL or Agile methodology background
6.Video Conferencing (Ring Central, Zoom for Rooms, MS Teams -internally)
7.Visionary & Strong customer service
9.Handle deliverables efficiently and timely
10.Cyber Security background (Incident response and protocols associated with that) - Crowdstrike
11.SCCM Patch Management (Nice to have)
12.Five Nine (Contact/Call center solution)
13.SD-WAN (Nice to have)
Remote work available: 3 Days remote/2 Days onsite
Working hours: 9-5 (Flexible)
