We seek a Program Operations Manager who will be supporting the design and creation of these aerospace technologies. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining scheduling, cost, and technical performance throughout each program.

Job Details

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in engineering, science or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a program manager
  • Manage all aspects of a program including cost, scheduling, and performance etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify resources that are necessary for each program.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop strong relationships between peers through effective communication and leadership.
  • Coordinate a team of engineers working multiple space projects at once, to include establishing design concepts and criteria, product research, development, testing and integration.
  • Primary contact for coordinating with customers on proposal work, contracts, reviews, and technical performance.
  • Ability to engage with customers effectively through strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and follow budget guidelines .
  • Project types include, but are not limited to:
  • Full lifecycle of satellite development from initial proposal, through payload integration, to launch.
  • Mission feasibility studies.
  • Payload research projects.
  • Individual SV component creation-from specification to production.
