Job Details



The Executive Account Manager has principal responsibility for delivering against the revenue goals for the partners and for partner relationships. This role is the strategic interface between us and our partners. Responsibilities include teaming with key partners and building out a business plan for the defined territory which will include target verticals and solutions, targeted revenue, joint lead generation and leading joint technology and services initiatives. You will work closely with the broader sales organization to deliver their objectives. This role will be eligible for commission based on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the sales plan for the Partner Channel
  • Maintain and expand our partner network
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive through sales process
  • Evangelize our offerings within the partner network
  • Conduct scheduled reviews with partners on all aspect of the relationship
  • Act as internal advocate for partners’ needs
  • Negotiate and maintain all partner agreements
  • Coordinate training sessions with internal staff to ensure partners understand our solution, value proposition and GTM strategy
  • Coordinate joint solution workshops to identify how technologies will work together to provide high value solutions for our customers and prospects
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of joint GTM strategy
  • Coordinate events, webinars and other marketing activities
  • Manage sales pipeline calls with partners.
  • Create, maintain, and update scalable policies, procedures, and content that optimize the partner experience based on customer segmentation
  • Maintain the consistency of information and business processes within Google Workspace and Zoho Cloud Software Suite tools, including Zoho CRM and Google Docs

Ideal Background:
  • 2+ years of partnership and alliances experience in enterprise software
  • 1+ year experience in a quota carrying role
  • You are an energetic evangelist with a passion to drive successful partnerships
  • A strong collaborator and self-starter with the ability to assess and respond to competing and changing priorities
  • An analytical mind & strong problem-solving capability with a proven ability to analyze concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can communicate complex topics to C-level executives and large audiences
  • Are able to travel up to 20%
  • Experience with the supply chain industry
  • Experience with test automation and/or quality assurance
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
