Job Details
Requirements:
- College degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-5 years of experience in private or public accounting (compensation is based on years and quality of experience and education)
Nice to haves (but not required):
- Big 4 Experience
- Private Equity/Investment Experience (very nice, but not required)
- Fund Accounting/Fund Management Experience (very nice, but not required)
Some Responsibilities of the Position:
- Preparation of Accrual Journal Entries, Quarterly Cash, & all supporting sub-ledgers (Tax and GAAP)
- Preparation of daily cash needs (i.e. wires, summaries, & reconciliations)
- Investment Schedule Preparation; obtain legal docs for all investment/disposals
- Distribution calculation & capital calls
