Job Details



Responsibilities:
  • Utilize webshops, integration software and ERP systems to resolve inquiries
  • Working within Amazon, Ebay and other webshop platforms
  • Handle incoming inquiries via portals, email, chat and phone
  • Responsibility of maintaining service levels within 24 hours
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Advice on products, services and answering webshop-specific questions (payment methods, orders, refunds, payments, delivery times, promotion, etc.)
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Following up with reviews and ensuring satisfactory resolutions
  • Interface function to logistics, accounting team, service etc.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Escalate issues through the proper channels

Skills:
  • Proven experience managing ecommerce platform communication (Amazon, Ebay, etc..)
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to see patterns allowing for root cause analysis
  • Ability to work within a team cohesively yet be autonomous with daily tasks
  • Ability to learn new software systems with ease
  • Ability to thrive on stress and utilize it as a motivator
