Job Details
As the Director of Perioperative Services, you will:
- Be responsible for oversight of the operational management, leadership, professional development and quality of care delivery of our surgical services
- Provide strong, consistent leadership to the interdisciplinary team
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement plans for maintenance and improvement
- Conduct ongoing system effectiveness evaluations
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Master's degree preferred, or to obtain within 5 years of hire date
- 5 years of experience in OR, perianesthesia or GI
- Proven record of coaching and mentoring a team
- RN required upon hire
- BLS
- CNOR or other noted certification applicable to job function required within one year of hire
