Job Details
As the Director of Clinical Services in the Inpatient Unit you will:
- Ensure effective and safe care delivery within the unit
- Coach and mentor staff and ensure quality staff performance
- Be responsible for recruitment and retention efforts
- Manage financial and human resources responsibilities for the unit
- Support and comply with all hospital and clinical services policies and procedures
Job requirements:
- BSN required
- MSN or related Master's degree preferred
- RN
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a coronary unit or related specialty
- Professional certification in clinical practice specialty or nursing leadership within one year of hire date
- Active membership in at least one professional organization
