You’re a great communicator and you treat people kindly.
You can gracefully break down, solve, and explain the most complex problems. Listening, talking, and working with people make you happy.
You're excited about helping local businesses succeed and grow using differentiated technology.
You are empathetic, especially when someone may be frustrated. You will need to empathize with users who might have less tech experience as well as with the engineering team who may not have enough information to solve a problem.
You're a great writer and enjoy writing. You can clearly communicate and explain complex concepts concisely.
You’re creative and would enjoy pursuing passion projects related to supporting our customers.
You have 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting role. SaaS experience preferred.
