Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year

- Hire and train high-performing Sales Development Representatives (Team of 6)
- Oversee outbound lead generation efforts to ensure a robust lead pipeline
- Coach and develop SDR's through team trainings, call shadowing, role play, and performance reporting
- Manage day-to-day performance of team members, deliver reviews, and track sales team metrics and report data on a regular basis
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for contests and motivational initiatives
- Summarize, collect, and analyze lead generation trends and data for performance reports
- 3+ years sales management experience in a SaaS company with successful track record
- Hunter mentality and coach by nature
- Cold calling experience (to both new prospects and current customers)
- Experience leading and growing highly functioning teams
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales development tools
