The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing courteous and efficient service to branch clients by opening and closing new accounts; processing checking and savings transactions; answering questions, in person and on the phone; processing loan payments; and cross selling bank services.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative in our call center, you are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering world-class customer service to our clients. You produce the product we provide to our clients and you play a critical role in our success by responding to a wide range of inbound phone calls from customers related to their credit and debit card accounts. Additionally, you utilize software to monitor credit cards for fraudulent transactions and report any issues you find.
Most of your day is spent on the phone answering financial questions from customers such as "How do I make a payment?" or "What is my credit card balance?". While some callers require extra patience, most are appreciative of the excellent customer service you provide them-and you go home each day feeling good about the problems and challenges you've been able to help our customers with.
