We are currently seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Product Management team in creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field


What you’ll be doing:

  • Own a product feature portfolio in establishing and executing product vision and strategy to make the biggest impact for our customers and our business
  • Review customer feedback, interview customers, and manage beta releases to identify the biggest opportunities to add the most customer value
  • Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
  • Manage enhancement backlogs and create product roadmaps to facilitate alignment between departments
  • Create epics, user stories, and other documentation for proposed enhancements to our mobile and desktop offerings as well as new products
  • Work closely with our UI/UX team to design outstanding user experiences and encourage engagement and delight
  • Work closely with our Engineering teams to ensure the desired user experience is achieved
  • Work with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience departments to coordinate product communication and releases
  • Analyze and measure customer engagement and usage to quantify and report on the impact of product changes
