Job Description

Warehouse / Operations / Forklift

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (2nd Shift)

Up to $23.00 per hour to start plus full company-sponsored benefits

As Shipping and Receiving Clerk, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Joining the Warehouse Team
  • Receiving incoming shipments
  • Checking received shipments against shipping manifests
  • Filling out all required paperwork
  • Signing-off on received shipments
  • Operating a forklift
  • Unloading received shipments
  • Using a forklift to take received shipments to their designated warehouse location
  • Unpacking shipments and place received items in stock
  • Administering the inventory database
  • Entering received shipments in the database
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Escalating complex issues as necessary
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Upholding compliance and quality standards
  • Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • At least 1 year of Warehouse experience
  • Shipping and Receiving experience
  • Forklift Operation experience

With:

  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
  • Computer and Data Entry skills
  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

  • +++ Fluency in Spanish
  • +++ Related experience with electrical and/or lighting products
