Office Services Coordinator
Up to $40,000 to start plus excellent company-sponsored benefits

As the Administrative Office Services Coordinator, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Organizing and coordinating a variety of Office Administration functions
- Managing the inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Coordinating maintenance and repair calls for office equipment
- Interacting with various building service vendors
- Coordinating with the IT Department regarding the maintenance and repair of IT related equipment
- Monitoring conference room and break room supply levels
- Reordering supplies as necessary
- Setting up and breaking down conference rooms before and after meetings and special events
- Reviewing, verifying and reconciling all vendor, service and supply invoices
- Negotiating pricing for supplies and vendor services as needed
- Providing backup support to the Receptionist and HR Team
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Processing outgoing mail and packages
- Managing special projects as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include the following experience:

- At least one year of full-time Administrative Office experience

- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds (boxes of supplies, equipment and small parcel deliveries)

+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

+++ Vendor management experience

+++ Experience coordinating office and building services

+++ Experience with reconciliations (invoicing, payments, etc)

+++ Any experience from the food or beverage industry
