Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking an administrative assistant for a growing company in the Broomfield area! This company is one of Colorado’s largest residential HVAC companies and recently named a top 2020 workplaces from the Denver Post! 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.

  • Perform administrative duties including coordination and execution of sales contracts and all other installation paperwork to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.

  • Coordinate with the sales, service, call center and management teams to schedule proper and effective workflow for the install teams to maximize profit. 

  • Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently

  • Coordinate and schedule with 3rd party contractors/venders to insure efficient timing for the installation team

  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, technicians, sales staff and other department personnel via telephone, email and/or written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of exceptional customer service experience

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including online systems and portals

  • Bookkeeping and/or basic accounting skills

  • Quality assurance to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to customers
