Job Responsibilities:
-General support to the team, managing phone and email inquiries
-Providing support to managers
-Providing quick, efficient and friendly response to client inquiries
-Solving issues and working with clients to troubleshoot
-Assisting and directing clients in the use of company services

Qualifications:
-Associates or Bachelor?s degree
-At least 2 year of experience in a similar role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Positive and friendly demeanor
-Professional telephone manner
