$15 - $18 per clock hour (depending on position and achieving bonuses)
Pay based on experience and abilities
40 hr workweek > M-F
Our Collision Center is looking for a CSR - immediate position.
Job Responsibilities
This position will handle or assist others with the following duties (to name a few):
1. Assist other CSR's in answering In-Bound and making Out-Bound Phone Calls and Text Messages
2. Assist other CSR's with scheduling estimate and drop-off appointments
3. Assist other CSR's with Collection & Processing of payments/paperwork from customers (drop off & pickup)
4. Assist Estimators with opening Repair Orders
5. Assist other CSR's with waiting room being customer readytend to coffee machine and waiting room cleanliness
6. Assist with updating customers on status of repairs
7. Assist with requesting service surveys and maintaining high scores
Job Requirements (Minimum)
1. Upbeat Attitude
2. Great Customer Service Skills
3. High Ethical Character
4. Clean Drivers License
5. Clean Criminal Background
6. Great Phone Skills
7. Great Computer Skills
8. CDK experience a huge PLUS
9. Office Management and Customer Service Experience a huge PLUS
