Automotive Sales helpful but not required

Job Responsibilities
- Reviews, updates and manages inventory daily
- Prepares and reviews monthly plan with Sales Director
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with local businesses and retail consumers that require commercial vehicles
- Creates and executes strategy for increasing market share
- Assists in the coordination of local events, promotions and association events (ABC, HBA & AGC)
- Assists in prospecting and qualifying new fleet accounts
- Maintains professional relationships with manufacturer Representative
- Completes all aspects of the sales process including delivery of the vehicles
- Provides ongoing support for commercial leasing companies by providing product information and consultations on recommended models, trim, and up-fitter options

Physical Requirements:
- The physical requirements of the position are Light to Medium Work.
- Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
- Constant: Standing, walking, talking, hearing, and typing.
- Frequent - Repetitive motion.
- Occasional - Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting (~15-20 lbs.)
Physical Working Conditions:
- This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to: temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
