Account Executive Sales

If you are an experienced sales professional that welcomes challenges and new opportunities, then the Jewish Journal of Greater Boston has an immediate opening for a well-organized individual to call on an established account base to discuss/sell print and digital opportunities.
Responsibilities include identifying clients' needs, researching competing media for advertising leads, responding to potential clients’ inquiries, providing excellent customer service, cold calling and face-to-face meetings and being an effective communicator in order to build relationships and present the benefits of advertising to our loyal readership.
If you have prior ad sales experience, are a college graduate with strong verbal and written skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software programs with strong interpersonal skills, and are looking for a new opportunity with a solid publishing company that has been in business for over 45 years, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude that knows the North Shore community well. Knowing today's social media platforms is a plus but not required.
