Job Description:

Growing private aviation company looking for the right person to fit into a dynamic team. Full time position to include full medical/dental benefits with paid time off. This person will sit at our front desk, greet incoming customers, answer and direct phone calls, oversee flight scheduling and learn how Jetstream does aviation. This position has the ability to grow into a flight scheduling position that oversees the scheduling of private jet flights within a couple of months. Compensation and Benefits:

  • $31,200 Annual Salary

  • Full Medical/Dental Benefits paid by Jetstream

  • Paid time off as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Present at the Boise office Monday-Friday, 0800-1700, except for official office closings.

  • Assist team members in making the office function smoothly and efficiently.

  • Greet “walk in” customers and make them feel welcome.

  • Sign for deliveries.

  • Answer phones.

  • Light cleaning of the front office area and break room to include fridge cleaning.

  • Wash coffee mugs.

  • Ensure K-Cup supply for coffee station.

  • Forward “fly” emails to appropriate people.

  • Testing center proctor.

  • Open and close the testing center.

  • Run test center daily and other required reports.

  • Process testers.

  • Assist in FSP for flight school.

  • Reconcile FSP logs.

  • Setup flight school customers in QB’s. FSP and Authorize net

  • Manage communications to FSP customers

  • Create initial paperwork for new flight school customers.

  • Create flight school invoices and sync to QB.

  • Respond to flight school inquiries.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
