Client Success Manager Role and Responsibilities:

• Sponsor Account Management

• Anticipate and identify problems and consult. Proactively work to solve them via member pledges and new donors

• Meet or exceed fundraising sales targets on a consistent basis

• Check orders for accuracy to ensure all information provided is correct

• Acquire new talent and assist with training on corporation strategies

Client Success Manager Requirements:

• Can commute to Staten Island

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in any form of customer service is a plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work with a team
