Customer Service Representative

Jerry's Leesburg Ford has an open position for an energetic Customer Service Representative. Management works closely with our Customer Service Representatives to ensure the success of every team member by providing ongoing one-on-one mentoring, coaching, and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming internet, email, phone, text, and chat leads promptly and document progress in the CRM the system.
• Work with customers to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration with a salesperson.
• Maintains customer records and updates online leads.
• Speak directly with customers to assist with all inquiries and issues.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers and return email, voicemail, and text messages
• Contact and reschedule no-show Customer appointments.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
• Quality customer service skills
• Great communication skills, both oral and written
• Detailed oriented.
• Strong email and phone skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Working rotating shifts and weekends as required.
• Stay calm under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
