About this role:

We are looking for a seasoned performance marketing leader who is passionate about working with consumer products that have a positive, measurable impact to join our team as our Vice President of User Acquisition. Leading our performance marketing and creative teams, you will be responsible for driving our customer acquisition strategy across all of our paid channels, including social, search, display, affiliate, TV and audio. As Jerry enters the next phase of our Super App journey, you will play a critical role by redefining and executing on our growth strategy, refining our customer segmentation and scaling our channels and our spend.


  • Partner with our senior leaders to define and execute on strategies for scaling paid acquisition through diversifying channels including social media, search, affiliates, TV, audio, etc.

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets; measure and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure high return on investment

  • Experiment with innovative ways to drive Jerry's brand; scale our audience reach and active user base

  • Translate company goals into integrated marketing strategies and execute across multiple channels to drive key growth metrics

  • Lead our performance marketing team and create a world-class experience for our customers


  • 12+ years of performance marketing experience in a competitive D2C environment

  • Experience scaling marketing budget while increasing ROAS or LTV (minimum 8-figure budget)

  • Expertise in paid social (Facebook or TikTok) or paid search is required (experience scaling linear TV is a big plus!)

  • Experience owning all paid acquisition efforts and working closely with creative to maximize ROI on ad spend

  • You have strong advertising intuition, understand consumer psychology, and enjoy brainstorming new ideas for reaching customers more effectively

  • You are both data-driven and open to taking risks, pushing progress forward with a strong sense of urgency

  • Experience weathering a startup strongly preferred
