About the role: 1/9/23 Start Date
Answer inbound customer calls regarding their insurance policies
Conduct routine account services for our customers including billing, renewals, policy changes, cancellations, etc
Determine and understand the needs of the caller and provide accurate support in a timely manner
Ensure that our customers’ needs are fully addressed and provide them with a world-class experience
Previous call center experience
You’re great with people and love helping others
You can multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
You have strong verbal and written communication skills
You are self-motivated and results-driven
Valid P&C insurance license (property and casualty) - ideal but not required

The pay range for this role is $40,000 to $50,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
