As an Account Representative for Internal Recovery, you will work as a team and an individual to work with consumers and arranging a payment arrangement for their charged off debt. Previous experience working in collections or in a call center environment is not necessary, but a nice benefit for this role.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Interact directly with consumers, review account information, establish payment and document call results.
• Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude, respectful to both consumers and teammates.
• Contribute to team and personal performance goals, work independently and effectively as a team.
• Apply listening, negotiating, organizational and problem-solving skills to maximize team performance.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to actively listen and negotiate as needed.
• Basic computer skills, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and can maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Reliable and demonstrates the ability to consistently work the assigned schedule.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Collections and/or customer service experience (banking, telemarketing, sales)
• Spanish bilingual skills valued, but not necessary.
• Ability to handle conflict by remaining calm and de-escalating the situation.
• Results oriented, goal driven and competitive, multi-tasking in fast paced environment.

COMPENSATION/HOURS/SCHEDULE:

• Full Time and Part Time positions available
• Work hours can be: (8am - 4pm or 10am- 6pm or 10 hours x 4 days a week)
• Flexible schedule (College Students, Single Parents)
• Hourly range is $41,600 yearly + BONUS.
• New Hire Bonus of $1,000 paid over 4 months!
• Monthly Individual bonus opportunities
• Spanish speaking - You will receive additional compensation.

ON THE SPOT INTERVIEWS: Monday-Friday: 10am to 3pm at our corporate office: 16 McLeLand Road, St. Cloud, MN.
