Customer Care Associate - Level II Duties:

  • Provide phone support for new and existing clients

  • Troubleshoot reported service problems

  • Work with multiple software platforms

  • Provide excellent customer service

Customer Care Associate - Level II Qualifications:

  • 2 years of tech support, phone or help desk experience

  • Ability to navigate new software and work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug test
  • High School Diploma/GED
