E-commerce Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist

Jayson Home is a celebrated home furnishings store known for its interesting products, exceptional customer service, loyal customers, and happy employees. ​We are regularly written up in national magazines and ship all over the country. ​We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person for our web department. You are comfortable with quick deadlines and fast turnarounds, and have the ability to stay organized, multitask and work independently.

Every day is different, so the ideal person will be able to adapt quickly and wear many hats. You will be the main point of contact for our website customers. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to: pulling and processing daily orders, contacting customers to update them on their orders/back orders, and resolving customer issues. We all work together collaboratively to provide the best experience for customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years experience in high-end retail, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. An interest in interior design and familiarity with our products is a plus, but not required. Schedule requirements include working Sundays.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce
- Experience in Excel and Google Suite

Not required, but a definite plus:

- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics, fulfillment, best practices, and industry advancements
- Experience working in Shopify
