Estimator Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Meet with architects, clients, trades, vendors and designers to create budgets for custom homes. Manage the budget and schedule through Purchase Orders and job tracking. 

Maintain positive relationships and frequent communication with homeowners, trade partners, suppliers, sales team and fellow employees to ensure quality control, budget compliance and contract adherence.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of building process, building codes and able to read and understand blueprints.

Must be able to do material take offs and layout as needed.

A strong working knowledge of Outlook and Word. Knowledge of Excel and Buildertrend (or other scheduling software) would be preferred.

Must be proficient at using a smart phone, computer and/or tablet.

Minimum of two years residential construction experience with a strong passion to manage construction and/or two years of lead carpentry or a building trade, where you managed a team.

Candidate must be self-motivated, well organized and communicate effectively.

Able to be results driven while establishing great working partnerships.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of carrying supplies.

Office:

Attend weekly Production Meeting, review invoices and signoff on completed work.
