We are seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team! You will be expected to be proficient in Data entry, Microsoft excel. and word. Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Process, enter, and complete sales transactions
- Handle cash, checks & credit card payments on customer sales
- Create service requests for damaged and defective furniture
- Answer inbound telephone calls and direct to appropriate person
- Filing of paperwork & general office duties as assigned
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills
Professional communication and follow-through skills required
Afternoon & evening hours with one day shift every other weekend
Total approx. 15-20 hrs. weekly
Salary dependent on experience.
