Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and sales reps by providing product information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and questions via phone and email
- Provide information about the products
- Resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records in computer system (ERP) based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
- Invoicing and receiving payments into computer system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers and sales team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent email writing/communication skills
- Excellent verbal/communication skills
Work Hours and Location
Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM
